Detailed Marketing Plan
1. Your listing
will be on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Kinnexus for Realtors, and on
MLS.ca for public viewing.
2. A Royal LePage
“For Sale” sign will be placed on the property.
3. Your listing
will appear on the Royal LePage website and also on my personal website.
4. A
professionally produced marketing brochure featuring details of your property
will be made available to all realtors and potential buyers at every showing.
5. On the first
Tuesday following the listing of your property, your home will be shown to more
than 50 Royal LePage sales people.
6. If you agree, I
will host regular Sunday open houses. (I’ll even bake an apple pie.)
7. Your home will
be advertised in the real estate section of the local newspaper.
8. Your home will
receive additional exposure through promotion at the Royal LePage kiosk at the
Village Green Mall, and at local branches of the Royal Bank.
9. I provide my
clients with direct and honest communication borne from fourteen years of
continuous real estate experience. I will stay in close contact with you
regarding market changes relevant to the sale of your property.
